An optional pre-bid meeting is to be held at 1:00 PM, local time, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 5300 Kuhn St. Port Townsend, WA. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed. There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting for the Project held on October 27, 2025 at 9:00 am at City Hall, 2095 Main Street, Ferndale, WA 98248. A site visit to the Pump Station No. 16 site will follow the meeting. Sealed bids will be received from contractors by the Public Works Director, City of Ferndale, 2095 Main Street, P.O. Box 936, Ferndale, WA 98248 until November 18, 2025 at 11:00 am for the Ferndale Pump Station No. 16 Upgrade. Budgetary construction cost estimate range = $3.0M to $3.25M.
